Looking for investors
Hello to everyone:
I wanted to take this opportunity to discuss what my company does.
[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]We currently have two 3 bedroom one bath single family homes under contract. We have underwritten them very conservatively and expect to have disbursements of between 6-10%. We are getting them at a significant discount. As a matter of fact, one is being purchased at over 30% below from where its oldest purchase price on record
