Hi everyone, I am a total newby as I just got my Broker's license 3 months ago, and still have tons to learn. Really excited to join this blog because I had been following this wonderful site and realized how helpful and friendly everyone is.
Now for my real question. Being completely new to this field, I found a new place for a friend and she wanted to make an offer for the house. My question is, where can I get the legal buyer's offer papers to make my initial offer? I had also noticed that it takes a supra key to get into alot of houses, where and how do I get this key? Finally, will I be able to access these resources if I joined the California Association of Realtors?
Please help me out...

Congratulations on having that license. The Bulgarian realtors are still trying to pursuit the government to change the law so that all realtors must be licensed before they are able to practice, but no luck untill now ...
