    Hi Joanie,

Welcome to the forums. Your best bet is to post in one of the main forums as many members don't pay too much attention to the introduction forums.

    Best of luck.

    Default hi shared space

Just make sure the mortgage broker is on the up and up. If an type of government agency comes to visit the mortgage broker, I am sure they will want to talk to you, too. This can lead to a lot of wasted time for you.

I knew a cpa who share any office with a mortgage office that was commiting fraud. The FBI came in and look at all of his files too, thinking that he was with the mortgage office. Poor guy.

In summary: stay clear.I am sure you can find someone else to share with.
