Default New member here in Atlanta, Ga.

I wanted to jump in and say hi. My name is Keith and I was referred to this site from an agent in my area.

My family and I live in Atlanta, Ga. 2 kids, too many animals to mention and a great wife.

I am also a global moderator on another forum dedicated to internet related marketing (search engine optimization, pay per click, email autoresponders, geeky stuff, etc.)

While talking to a neighborhood agent at a soccer game last year, we shared business strategies, wants/needs and got to know each others passions. He mentioned one of the hardest parts of real estate was building, keeping and profiting from old, new and related clients.

So that got me to thinking about incentives, direct marketing and relationship building that is my strength for over 25 years. In an effort to supplement our kids home schooling experiences, I am using them in my on-line businesses to learn basic business and internet capabilities.

We started a web site geared at a completely different audience from agents/brokers/contractors. My friend suggested I should start asking around about the various ways your clients are "thanked" for their business.

I am here on a fact finding mission, not really out to sell anything and I would appreciate any information you are willing to share. Our wholesale site is marketed on the high end of gifting and therefore I am not really interested in the "ebay" type of marketing.

Sorry for the long post. I look forward to meeting you and learning the workings of the real estate industry.

    Keith
