Basically, what I do is help people avoid Foreclosure and Settle their Debt. We can usually lower someone's Unsecured Debt by half...in turn lowering their minimum monthly credit card, medical bills, and collection account payments.

With the Loan Mods, we can usually help someone who is currently behind on their mortgage who might be facing Foreclosure (they don't NEED to be behind) ...avoid it using the experience of our Attorneys. We have been successful getting a Loan Modified even if they were previously denied by their lender.

We don't charge for consultations to see if the clients qualify for a Loan Modification, also known as a Loan Workout or Loss Mitigation...as well as our Debt Settlement Program.
