    Welcome to the forum. How's the real estate market in that part of the world? I've heard that many of the smaller cities in the Carolinas weren't doing too bad.

    Welcome. Have you ever made it to the Masters? Since you are right there, unless you aren't into golf. I invest in the northeast and locate hard money funding for projects in several states. Hope you have fun here.

    No, sorry, Northeastern part of the country. I am in Delaware, but invest between NJ, PA, DE. but my hard money business services most states. Looked at investments in Atlanta area couple years ago, but nothing I liked.
