Hello from Hollywood, Florida
At ARC AVENUE, INC., we believe there is nothing more important in design than to stamp the clients' individuality on their work. That is why as architects, we listen to every clients' distinctive need and transform their ideas into buildings and spaces that represent their unique identity. We establish an on going, long term relationship with our clients in order to help their visions evolve into the product that best represents them.
Our additional expertise as general contractors, construction managers, and development consultants gives us insight into the specific needs of our clients not normally associated with a traditional architecture firm. We produce computer generated concept drawings and visualizations to give our clients the advantage of conceptualizing the project before its completion. Our extraordinarily detailed construction documents saves our clients a tremendous amount of time and money in both permitting and construction.
ARC AVENUE, INC. strives to provide the client with the high-quality service and commitment to design they expect. Our years of proven experience and one-of-a-kind practices have built long-standing relationships with many satisfied clients.

No thats not true. People come and go hear just as much as anywhere else. Some can't take the heat, some are afraid of hurricanes, but I see more people coming than going. South Florida is definitely feeling the credit crisis but we will survive.
As an architect, we are seeking to network with real estate brokers to work together and make things happen. Are you interested?

Welcome to the forums. I have a lot of family in South Florida and they are telling me it is still rough down there. Hopefully the tide will turn shortly. Good luck!

Thank you! I hope for the sake of all Realtors that it does pick up soon, although for the more high end Realtors/brokers things haven't slowed down too much. We have turned to seeking clients out of state lately. Also, in an effort to generate quality leads, build strong network and just try something a little different, we are offering Realtors a finders fee for introducing clients to our firm. We hope that this type of relationship will be most profitable for all parties involved. Let me know if you are interested in knowing more about our affiliate program.
