    i have a problem with my real estate course.

    i need to work out the wacc, weighted cost of capital for a company as part of a investment appraisal.

    any ideas?

    and also anyone know how to use the capital asset pricing model, capm?

    Is this for your continuing ed class? I know this may sound stupid but if I am stuck on a continuing ed question in the book. I look in the index and 8 times out of ten it will have the page to go to. If not go with Don and google it.
