    Hello Fellow Professionals and Investors,

I can work with anyone, anywhere from Tenant-Buyers looking to get into a home or Landlord-Sellers who are looking for a better way to market their home. I work with people one on one or I have phone conference classes that can provide a cheaper alternative to a one on one consultation. For more information please contact me. I work from a home office so evenings can be arranged.

    Default Rent to Own Specialist

Welcome to the forum. Where are you based? Lease options or rent to own have always been one of my favorite ways of investing. Its amazing that more people (both buyers and sellers) don't take advantage of them. I guess it makes too much sense for people to realize what a great thing they are.

I've done a number of them and have written a lot of articles about them so if you need someone to bounce ideas off of or you have any tips you'd like to pass on keep me in mind.
    Good luck,
    donrock

Thank you for the welcome. I would be glad to help you with your properties when you are ready VAInvestor.

Donrock. I am located in Northern New Jersey. I definately agree with you that more people should work with renting to own. I won't get involved with real estate any other way. Only way to change the way people do business is to educate them in the advantages of renting to own and through solving other peoples problems we can make lots of money.

    Thomas,

Very good reply maybe between us we can convert a few of those that buy and rent and then cry about the bad tenants.
