Hello to all,

Glad I found this forum. I've been investing in rental properties for about 3 years now - duplexes and single fam. So far, everything has been buy and hold for me, but I am starting to get into wholesaling as well, so will hopefully get some good information from this site.

Also about to start my first rehab, and it's a gut-rehab no less! So that should be exciting....or expensive. We'll see

Daniil, welcome. Rehabs can eat your lunch if you are not careful. I have done several, if you have questions, just ask. Don't know everything, but have experienced alot. Also might be able to help you with rehab financing if needed. Good luck.
