Hello from Washington State!!
Hey there!
I'm actually NOT looking to become an agent, however I'm interested in learning as much as possible about homebuying, what my options are, and possibly about home flipping (buying at auctions, then selling asap - not the remodeling kind of "flipping"). The husband and I have yet to buy our first home, but we're hoping to sometime in the next couple of years. In addition to all of the above, I'm a full time mom, freelance writer, and Navy wife.... yea, life stays busy....

I look forward to getting to know you all!
Sarah

Hello from Washington State!!
Hi Sarah welcome aboard the forum. If you are going to be in area for awhile and want to buy a home you might want to think about doing it with a lease option. Its a low cost way of getting into your own home with many benefits and then if you get transferred just sell your option or do a sandwich lease option. Get more info on it in my blog in the Lease Option page. The Blog URL is below in the sig.
Good luck,
