Deal and Fix it Man, this pretty much says who I am. I look for houses and apartments that are vacant, need TLC, are undermanaged, etc, that have the right things wrong; I negotiate a deal that will profit in the beginning but, especially, will yield a good equity/return when the repairs are done. I have time and the skill-set to accomplish the general-contracting and a lot of the sub-work myself. Don't have a lot of cash so I am always open to meeting with private lenders and potential partners. I invest only in prime, centrally-located Durham real-estate that will sell quickly and/or appreciate in the future.
