    Hi,

Recently, several friends of mine who are realtors had dinner with me, and knowing I was a professional astrologer, they began peppering me with questions about the overall future of the real estate market and the economy in general. I gave some advice, based on my knowledge of future world transits, and wrote a personalized report for three of the realtors about market conditions over the next several years. One of my friends told me about this site, and said I should post some of my economic forecasts here.

I thought about this, since knowing that the real estate markets would be in flux for many years, perhaps other realtors would like to have some general knowledge about how world transits affect the economies of the world, and the commercial and residential markets in general.

I've written several forecasting reports, based on scientific astrology, and world transits, for professionals in several industries, including real estate, which I have been concentrating on for some time now. Back in the early 2000s, I had been warning some realtors, and investors of the problems ahead in the mid-to-late 2000s, as well as the world transits during the next decade of the 2010s, however, because of the boom in the real estate markets at the time, few listened, or heeded my forecasts.

Now that the real estate market has greatly softened, with large inventories in the U.S., realtors everywhere are asking when the bottom will be reached. I will post more of my findings here about this on the forum, hoping to help realtors and investors navigate these tough times in order to discover ways to return health to the commercial and residential real estate markets.
