16 yrs old, any advise?

Hi, as you see in the thread heading im 16 yrs old and looking to get into the Real Estate business early, i have 1 1/2 yrs left until i am out of high school, and i can get my license. i already have had some practice in the Real Estate field, the #1 Realtor in my town live across the street from me, we are good friends and i have learned a lot from her so far, but i am looking for more good advise, so if any Realtor on this forum has some advise for me, Please let me know, such as where to start, good age to start ect. I would appreciate it.

One thing you could do to help put yourself way ahead of the game is to decide on where you want to sell real estate when you finally are of age. Then set up niche self hosted WordPress blogs and start putting up posts with video and market news. You can add Google adsense to help cover the costs of hosting.

Later on when you are ready to start selling real estate you will have aged domains that have authority if you blog enough. This will make sure you can compete later online as that is where everything is moving. Good Luck!

Welcome to the forum. I'm new here myself.

I think it is great that you know that you want to get into RE at your age. Shoot it took me until I was 30 years old to start learning about the topic.

I encourge you to keep working at your goal, continue learning, and one day you will be a rich person.
