My name is Rich and I am jumping back into the saddle sometime in 09. I sold Real Estate for about a year and a half back in 91 but went into it needing to mak too much regular income and could not pull it off. My wife and I now own a 12,000' antique mall and I believe I have a better foundation under me to do this thing right this time around. I have not picked an office yet but hope to get my Nevada licensee within a few months and will also try for the California license since I live so close to the border.

This place is a great resource I never had last time around and i look forward to taking full advantage of the the great information here!
