Hello from Montana
Hello everyone, my name is Todd and I'm a Real Estate Investor from Montana. I've been investing for just over a year now, and I've focused mainly on foreclosures. As a result, I've really learned the ins & outs of Short Sales. It's been very educational to say the least!
I also deal with sellers who have been unable to sell their houses in this current market by buying with Owner Financing.
This looks like a very good forum and I hope to learn a lot here!
