Hello:

I am a Washington State licensed On Site Sewage System designer and Island County licensed installer. Most of my work comes from Realtor referrals. Having sold real estate in the earily 1980's, just as Paul Volker pulled the plug on the 12% inflation, I can appreciate how difficult making a living in real estate can be and alway put my Realtors first, even if I have to break away from an installation.

I'd be happy to answer any questions regarding soils, no perk lots, site registrations, newer septic system technologies etc, etc.
