Howdy all.

My soon to be wife and I are going to be looking for a house in Arlington, Tx, and I stumbled upon this site hoping to get some direction. This will be our first home. We've considered renting, but are now leaning toward buying since the market is down. Also, the way I see it, I can throw money away on rent, or throw money away on interest. But at least we'll own the place...sort of.

Is there a list of FAQs that you guys have put together? I don't want to sit here and ask a bunch of newbie, cliche questions--b/c I know those get old.
