I am a habitual mover and therefore a longtime renter. I have lived in 12 different states and I find real estate and the rental market very interesting. If I ever settle down, I'd love to get involved in the industry.

I am currently bartending in LA and living in a seedy part of town. It works though and I can get to the beach to run and surf pretty easily so its not a bad deal.

I have wondered in to this forum a few times and found some interesting discussion so I thought I'd take the leap and join. Pleasure to meet you all, looking forward to getting more involved...

hi there. good share is it easy for you to move all the time. i think it kinda hard how about your stuff inside the house you should get the once that are moved pretty easily to..
