New to the Block from Oregon

Hello- My name is Scot Gates from Gresham, OR. I have taken on the task/ mission to help my parents sale RV Park in Caballo, NM. They have had 3 different Realtors and only several showings. The last guy just sat on it and the contract was up in May 2008. I have done a website and a blog to advertise the sale. But, I must really ask the professionals (you ladies and gentlemen) to look at the website and "tear it" up, all critiques and critism will be taken in to help the sale. It has been on the market now for over 6 years. Yes, I do realize the economy is not the best right now. I am planning to run ads on Google, MSN, Yahoo, Craigslist, eBay and any other sources that I come up with or suggested. Please take a look and advise of any/all needs to improve. The website will be up Monday 11/10/2008 -
