the good thing in networking business in other country we ourself could learn allot from the ways other people handle their business. i got lots of good feedback on japanese people. by the way welcome to this forum.

Thanks for the comments. This forum has lots of great advice, I look forward to being part of it all.

I should mention that I'm not Japanese although I have lived here for many years. The area I live has a large foreign investor market and our real estate company mainly caters to that. We deal directly with other Japanese real estate agents and help them sell their products to the foreign investors.

Not sure how many tips we have over here that will be different to anywhere else although we have found that strong online advertising is worth much more per dollar that any other source. Being flexible and offering lots of other services also helps us during the slow times. We have found that networking with other local companies is also very important.
