Hello all. I am very excited about this forum and look forward to sharing my experience and more importantly gaining some knowledge from all of its members. I have been in real estate for 7 years. I started my career as an appraiser and got my real estate license 3 years ago. I am a member of the #1 Re/Max team in Minnesota for 2006 through 2008 and was awarded the 2007 Agent of the year for the team. As an agent I typically work with first time home buyers and investors seeking to rehab and hold or flip REO properties.
