Default Great Way to Keep Clients

    Hey guys,
I am an ex realitor in the Austin area and I would like to offer suggestions on how to keep clients. I would usually after selling a property to a person send them a thank you card in my younger days but as I got older I realized that a little more effort really kept my clients coming back and referring me to others. So I found a site called personalwine.com where they allow you to customize wine labels and I would make a custom label with my real estate business on it and send them a bottle. I would suggest buying a case or two and just sending those out to all those who you sign a deal with. Its about $15 to assure that you have established a great relationship with clients. Now no one reading this has to believe me but I would suggest you give it a try. It worked for me.

That is nice of you to do that for your clients. I have met a lot of realtors who does not even bother to ask how you are after a sale.

Follow up is important but I am not sure wine or any other form of alcohol would be good. You might offend someone. I would suggest trying to learn their birthdays, anniversaries and other important dates to send cards. Refrigerator magnets are really good ideas, as well as calendars.
