Don't be fooled
Why pay a ton for a custom IDX search when you can get an out-of-the-box solution from someone who knows what they are doing. HomeQuest let us setup a really nice website with IDX functionality and lead capture. Its a monthly subscription, but no contract and the site is amazing.

Lots of great free IDX solutions that are great..it really depends where you work (what Board)
