In my humble opinion!
The best IDX solution is DSSearch Agent from Diverse solutions. I have it on my site at woodland-hills-estates.com if you want to see how it works
Good luck

We use Killer IDX and it works great for me... it's actually the best solution in Arizona unless you are the designated broker of a company and have a raw feed.
Here's our Phoenix area home search incase you want to take a look.Matt Pellerin, A Phoenix Realtor
Visit our main site to find Phoenix real estate and homes for sale. Go here for Paradise Valley and Scottsdale real estate .

We offer IDX solutions that actually produce leads. Building out an IDX web site can be quite a project, but you need to make sure that your site is being built out correctly (SEO friendly mostly). Anyone that is interested in building out an IDX powered web site that works 100% with the search engines can PM me for example sites (don't think I can post them here).

I agree with itrends. The site you mentioned above is a framed gateway and your home page is a page rank 0.
YOu won't get anywhere near the leads you can with a true IDX system located ON your website - not on a framed in page located on your MLS's website that you don't get ANY credit for.
That's why you don't get any traffic from the search engines, they don't think you have any information other than menus and copywrite info.
A real search engine friendly in-house IDX solution can cost thousands, or it can cost hundreds. Depends on the vendor.

Best IDX
I looked around for quite a while and DS Search Agent is the best I have found. They are always upgrading the product and it has a lot of tools and features. Its only down side is you iframe it in which doesn't always look seemless in all designs. I use it for MA real estate search and combine it with my blog. It works great.

Diverse Solutions is by far the best frame in option. However, it falls far below the quality, usability and SEO benefits of a custom IDX.
