I use them and like it. I have a couple of hundred people in their database getting updates on a daily basis. Make sure you customize all of the auto responders. They really work.

Not a real IDX SOlution
Having a real IDX solution means that you have MLS listings from your local MLS showing you on your website, not a framed gateway or some contact service.
We need to make sure everyone knows, there is a much better way to produce leads online than their IDX Pro solution. They are basically just charging more than normal pricing for an average website, nothing special about the integration.
What that probably means is that they have ONE broker that has the feed, and they are using that feed to create many framed in pages that don't do your site any good at all on search engines. They might as well be blank pages for all you're concerned.
Don't be fooled, IDX MLS feeds are much more complicated and produce a TON MORE LEADS than just a frame gateway site.

Right and wrong.
My idxpro solution got me 25 leads yesterday so it does work.
I am in the process of getting a custom IDX solution where each listing will have it's own page on my site and the problem I see already is I can't force them to register if all the listings are already there for them to see.Your Outer Banks real estate agent. Forced Leads, really? How come?
First, I would be interested to see what criteria you consider a viable lead. We consider a "showing request" that takes the agent to the property an actual lead. Anything else is just a contact and not included in our tangible stats. Out of the 25 how many are ready to purchase and view the home? Are they prequalified, almost a necessity these days.
Secondly, I don't know why you would want to force them to register in the first place. Like my statement above, if you are making them fill out info before they are ready, it won't be a very good lead. If you make them fill out the phone number, they won't put in their real number if they aren't ready to be contacted. We have debated this topic quite a bit and have stood firm that requiring info from a potential buyer without them requesting to be contacted is futile. There are so many more options back at google that won't require forced login and they probably have the same homes for sale.
It's almost like you have to wait till they come out from beneath the shadows of their screen before they are a real person looking for new home. They use their anonymity to their advantage to snoop around before having to commit to anything. Play the field if you will.
Not trying to start a fight, just a debate, would like for you to prove me wrong if it means we can increase our tangible leads.
can you tell me how many unique visitors you had yesterday so I can see what your CTR might be?

I answered a question asked by a fellow agent about a product I use. I am not going to argue with a vendor who is here trying to sell his wares to us agents.
Coming on here and bad mouthing products because yours is better is not the way to get business. There are plenty of vendors on these forums who give advice in the hopes of picking up new clients and they succeed by not using the negativity.
Your view of leads is small minded and most agents would be thrilled to get I get and what you say is no good.Your Outer Banks real estate agent. Learn how to buy Outer Banks foreclosures.

Opinions, only opinions. Don't get bent out of shape.
Greg. read and listen clear. I'm not selling anything to anybody on this forum.
Do not bad mouth my opinions in open forum, that is not good practice for anybody.
I would also advise that you not threaten people either.
Go back and read my post, all the way through. I am entertaining intelligent conversation.
If most agents would love to get what you get then why not tell them a little about how hard it is to get them to the house?
