IDX like Redfin

Is there any IDX service out there that would similar functionality as redfin?

To get an IDX service like RedFin, you would need to purchase a custom IDX solution. They are not cheap, but are worth every penny in terms of the traffic they will generate for your website. 80% of the users who come to my site do so by way of typing an individual address into their google or yahoo browser. A framed IDX solution will never get that traffic to your website.

If you are just looking for functionality similar to that of redfin I would suggest dsSearchagent. This is the best affordable IDX solution out on the market right now. Functionally it is very similar to redfin.

I would be interested in something like that as well. As far as basic research goes redfin is better than the mls.

After looking at redfin I would say no site is exactly like that. I would look at

mlsfinder.com
diversesolutions.com
idxpro.com

If you don't see anything you like you might want to go custom. But going custom can be very pricey. I would get a hard quote first.

The features, in 30 seconds I know properties that are currently listed/sold in that area. A price per sf for similar properties. Arial and street view, zestimate. Basically it takes all the information you would need and condenses it into one page. Using the mls that for the same information would take much longer.
