Who is the Best third Party IDX Provider?

Check out Myrsol Real Estate Web Solutions. Looks like one price to be on their platform, they are in more than 30 MLS areas and have a very powerful IDX Solution. No Framing.

I have an in house marketing guy with some web skills. He can easily make me a website but the only reason we go with a third party like baynet or i house is because they have idx solutions. What I want to know is if I can get a idk feed and just the feed to my website. Im tired of having to be charged if we want to make a design change to the website.

I would say REW but theirs is a only compatible with REW sites (from what I have read, I have not confirm that with their webmasters), and Diverse solutions also has a really solid product. Both are on the expensive side but I will make the switch later in the year when I can justify the expense. For now, IDXbroker is doing mine.

Theres alot of IDX's out there but the best ones are indexable IDX's. Most of the IDX's still use iframes which doesn't help your site get indexed in google for searches. Pick an IDX that has an indexable feature that doesn't use frames. Also most IDX's require you to link out to view a listing, which doesn't help your site.

Ive currently signed up with rewidx.com, I really like there design. Simple to use. So far havent had any problems. $50 a month includes mapping. Its a framed solution.
