!!!BEWARE!!! of IDXDirect.com
Hi All,
IDXDirect.com is terrible. After you pay your setup fee, you will never speak to anyone again. I think they may be going out of business. Has anyone heard anything about thier problems?

I work with a number of agents that use IDXDirect. They are still getting service and results from them.
Have you called their support line. It has been taking a couple days to get them to make updates/changes - but they are still there.
disclaimer: I use iHouse for my IDX and am having REW build me a custom IDX -

IDX Direct is horrible
I wish I had read this forum before I signed up with IDXDirect in September. This company is terrible. They have not updated the MLS in weeks, and do not return phone calls or emails. It sucks because I prepaid a year in advance and also paid an extra $200 for something called their filter builder. So I guess I am out $600 and I need to find a new IDX solution quick! Thinking of going with an REW custom solution, but it's very $$.
Thanks for letting me vent, and don't anyone use this company!

I have just requested a data feed a few days ago there so that I can work on a custom MLS solution for another client in Boca Raton ...and yes, REW is expensive ...and I do love to compete against them

I specialize in Web Design, SEO, and Customized MLS/IDX/RETS Solutions and I have plenty of references as well as Samples of my work.....all at about 1/3 of the cost of REW. Markets where I do the SEO for clients my clients rank higher than them for "City Name, Real Estate".
I got you PM and will reply to you there with my contact information.

IDX Success
I have been using IDX successfully with my websites for a while now. Grant it was a little technical to get setup at first. I had to hire my programmerto get installed. Made itso much easier. I can guide you in the right direction interested.
Good Luck!

IDX has been wonderful for me. I used the ftp option and had to get a programmer as well to set it up but i like this version better then framing because I get to put my brand on the site.
