Anyone have the ideal IDX solution...

I need an IDX system that will allow the client to build his on profile for Auto e-mail alerts based on his or her needs. I would like it to where it does not provide them with the address only area and MLS number!

I can help you in your project. I currently develop in other areas but can add your mls to the system too.

I create the sites by hand and wrap them around a central database core program I have developed. You will get to pick options and layout styles and have a real hand in the layout development of the new search system for your area.

Cost to you is minimal, we pick up the cost of developing the search core so you only pay for your own site cusomizations. So many options to consider so please write me back with your questions.

I have just the thing for you. It's fully customizable and you can host it yourself. Based on MySQL and PHP. I have a system like that in place.

take a look at the IDX on my site, it works very nice, and does everything you are talking about + more.

Jim we seriously have to stop posting on the same forums I use the same company. However, I am on a different MLS so my custom IDX is a little different (map search).
