Default What's the deal with all the house selling? Apartment Search is also important.

There are a lot of Listings sites for apartments and they seem to be more profitable then housing listings.

How come no one is working on new technologies for the Rental market?

Few things that are needed. SMS alerts, FAX alerts, google or Mapquest API, ad criteria, locations, and more...

    Alexander,
It is an interesting topic that you bring up. For what it's worth, every time I have ever looked for an apartment to rent, I have felt very well served by the rental sites you mentioned. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems like most people will be doing a more long-term search for homes and it will be for apartments. By the way there's also a lot more money in home search and there is an apartment search, at lease for the vested interests.

I do know that there are some listing programs out there that will handle rentals, just like they will handle home sales, that have all of the features that you mention. You may just one look around a little bit more.

    Regards, Drew Nichols
