    Default Orlando IDX Solutions?

I have a broker in Orlando looking to change his IDX package. He is considering using 1Parkplace, Realigent, and ihomefinder.

Does anyone have experience with these packages? Do you have any other suggestions?

    Default 1parkplace IDX solution

I did not realize that 1parkplace was branching out to the east coast. For the price, I feel they are the best product on the market.

They have issues, and you can PM me to discuss, but we have chosen to use them on a number of occasions and have been very happy.

Basically, they are much more than an IDX solution, with a complete back-end crm system and email marketing system. In addition, they way they have broken up the VIP system has upped our lead capture 10 fold at least.

PM me and I will tell you the rest.
