    Default Idx

It's amazing to see how many Realtors out there who do not know the existence of IDX.
I had 2 complains recently from agents asking me to withdraw their listing from my website. It's my IDX. I had to explain what IDX is. Amazing...

Some agents are not current with today's real estate tools which is unfortunate.

Default Proper idx will multiply your traffic

My websites traffic tripled right after installing 100% SEO friendly IDX. Over 210K indexed pages and counting- I love it!
To bad, so many Realtors still use iframed never indexed listing pages.

What kind of IDX are you using?
I personally use my MLS one which is not doing what yours is doing.
What is the cost associated with it?

Yes, a lot of realtors don't understand the current technology. They get jealous when they see other realtors doing a better job than them in ranking of their own listings. It's just a matter of educating yourself on how IDX works and money, of course

Its a custom build IDX, it took my developer 6 months to implement but the results are amazing.
As far as cost, close to 8K which from what I hear is on a low side for a custom job like that.
BTW, 369K indexed as of today, almost doubled in 4 months.
You dont get this kind of action from any of those cookie cutter IDX products out there.

I'm a big fan of IDX and plan on putting a substantial amount of time into marketing my IDX websites to their fullest potential. There is just to much upside to having a a respectable website with IDX.

Lots of IDX solutions out there now. Just have to figure out what works for your budget now, and upgrade as you are able over time.
