Board MLX vs IDX solution Florida

I was thinking of getting Point2 for my website and have someone give it a facelift.

I was told that its btter to get the IDX solution so i can get communites on my site (search homes by Subdivisons) and the MLX that I get for free from my state wont work well with that set up

Why?

Whats so good about IDX solution vs the MLS. I am from florida..

I state I live in florida because I know Canada MLX is limited and they need IDX solution for sure

You will get MLS access for free( included in your membership ) but to implement and customize it on your website will cost you 8K or more. See my signature for my florida mls ready website in action.
Took my coder 4 months to complete. Well worth it though.
