    Default IDX provider recommendation

I think I have found a great IDX provider for my website and leads. I once used Top Producer but found their custom links and lead settings weak. I have been using for quite some time IDX Broker. I would say the majority of my website leads are generated from having my own IDX tool. see it at homesfortmill.com

Initially I wasn't a fan of IDXBroker (I have been with them for about 8 months now), but I must say that it grew on me. Dynamic SEO tags are great and help in getting pages indexed, which translates into traffic via search engines. If only IDXBroker would do something so the search could be a sub-directory of the root domain, instead of a subdomain, then I'd REALLY be a fan.

    Default idx

most providers for your site will have companies they are affiliated with for idx and usually it is free. i just had to fill out paperwork , submit to my board and they did the rest.

I would also look into Dynamic Page Solutions as I have heard that they have a very good IDX solution.

    Default Subdomain vs. Subdirectory

Hi Maui - We'll forward you the link to a still relevant article in SEW that talks about Subdomain vs. Sub-directory strategies. Bottom line - An IDX Subdomain features "quality content". We know this because in the past year Google has been gobbling up our clients' IDX pages - whether those are on a subdomain of idxco or the client's custom subdomain.

Both the Subdomain and Subdirectory options are certainly better SEO options than using a free or low-cost iFramed IDX page that promotes the IDX vendor's server to search engines, and often contains no backlinks to the primary website. Thank you for supporting integrated IDX!

I use idxpress which is great for SEO. I've indexed 900 pages in Google this month from the dynamic listing pages created.

Check out galtlinedesign they have an awesome system. You can start at any level and always add on to the system. The indexable properties work great, our last site we had over 2500 listings index within 2 weeks. Now we are over 10k

Default I like these 3 companies

Currently, I use Diverse Solutions, Wolfnet's MLSFinder and am about to sign up for realgeeks.com's idx. The back end is impressive. I intend to keep all three.

Default IDXPro, The New Kid On The Block!

IDXPro is another great product to consider. We have over 380 MLS boards across the country and offer a product that integrates into any website or can be a stand-alone search page. We also just created a WordPress Plugin for it as well.

Check out my recent blog on it: http://www.realestateforum.com/blogs...r-website.html

Or you can view a demo of it:
