Listingware is the best. I will admit, there customer service is horrible, but the suite is amazing! I receive many leads a day!

I just pulled it up it looks good, I've actually seen their IDX before. I just forgot about their name.

Your site would benefit a lot more if you had a custom mls solution.

I hope you don't mind, but I'd love to make another comment about your site . It is "REALLY" hard to maneuver through the content you have.

You have a LOT of content and when it's displayed the way you have it, it's just really hard to find anything. I know that you probably don't have many options with AA's software but do look into some other solutions .

Take a look at one of the new sites we're doing for a client that has a tone of info.

It's nicely organized and not all over the place.

That site has very little content, no city pages, and almost no regional info. Websites must conform to their markets. Look at the top 50 sites in Atlanta, they all have similiar layouts as mine. The ones like yours dont rank well. And if my website wasnt generating 6-8 closings a month for my team & I, a change might have to be made. But since it is, I think I'll stick with what works! I like to make money!

I'm sorry if this offends you in any way shape or form. But you have absolutely no clue about what it takes to rank well on the internet.

Now that I got that off my chest, why would you think that a site like dev.agentserver.net doesn't rank well?

Also, the owner of the site is still loading the site with information so there will be a lot more.

I wouldn't be telling you any of these if I didn't know what I'm talking about. Tell ya what, let me analyze your site (free) just to show you that your site's conversion can be improved by at least 50%.

Do you have any stats on your site? what kind of traffic do you have on it, also what are some of the search terms you're ranking well for?

I'll take a look at all of it, compare it to one of our high traffic sites and see what the difference in the conversion ratio is.

Problems With Cached Pages:

Every single cached page on your website has the same Title. (Very UN-SEO)

MSN has a hard time picking up the title of most of your pages. It doesn't have a title for them at all.

Problem With AdvancedAccess

I'm sure you've heard of people saying framed websites are no good, they will not be cached. Part of that is true, Search Engines can and do cache framed pages but you make it that much harder for them to get information from your site as they do have problems with them.

That's not to say that you can't get a framed website to rank well. You can but it's harder then a regular non framed site.

Take a look at where some of your cached pages take a user:

The perfect example of Search Engines Having problems with framed pages. They sometimes don't know which frame to cache.

Your Websites Pages
Take a quick look at your website URL's.
E.g: www.jennsellsfast.com/PageManager/Default.aspx/ PageID=1661737

Take a look at our solutions URL's.
E.g: http://dev.agentserver.net/cat-50-toronto.html

The difference between these two is that we actually place some keywords within our URL and also make it look static. While your URL has numbers in it.



The list of things above is just a few things I noticed on your website, I should actually do a report on why AA sites are no good. There are a some of their sites that do rank well, that's mostly because those sites are really old as AA has been around for a while.

LOL...that was a long response. I hope you werent thinking about this all day! My sites only been up for 4 months. I just got out of the sandbox.

The part about you saying "those kind of sites don't rank well" bothered me because these are the types of sites that actually do rank well

It actually took me only 20 minutes to put that together so don't worry, I didn't spend the whole day thinking about you.
