Thanks so much for reminding me to do the titles. I have been meaning to do that for a while, and just forgot. I have a few #1 rankings on MSN. "Canton GA real estate" is one of them. It has been a huge money maker for me, due to that fact that is one of the fastest growing counties in GA. I have a lot of work to do on this site, like I said its brand new. How is the market in Toronto. Buyers? Sellers? Is it directly tied to the US market? or not at all? If this is your site, Its a nice one. I prefer it to Agents Online. Nicer people in here!

The market in Toronto is pretty good, it hasn't slowed down at all.

I'm actually not an agent, I'm the President/CEO of AdoSoft INC a software development company. We developed the AgentServer platform. That's why I'm defending it well that and also for the fact that it's a good product.

When a product is good, i'll go out of my way even for the competitors such as REW (RealEstateWebmasters.com), their product is amazing. The product that SiteTutor has is yet another good product. When I say good I actually mean SEO friendly.

About 6 months ago I was searching every city in and around atlanta. AA sites had a #1 ranking for almost every city on google & yahoo. I figured there SEO dept was pretty good. Do titles really matter with frame sites? Ive heard opinions from both sides. What do you think?

Those are the types of problems you will get into with framed sites. It will depend on which frame the title is set to. If the title is set to the initial page of the site then the se's will pick it up.

Try changing one of the titles and let me know which page you've changed it on. I'll check it out and let you know if it's worth changing them for all of your pages.

We just put out another design for our RE/MAX clients take a look at http://dev.agentserver.net one more. Give me your thoughts on that design.

I do have another question for ya, do you actually prefer having the type of design over the ones we're putting out?

I just changed a bunch of titles on my city pages. Let me know if it matters. Thanks. And yes I like your second design much better. It looks more proffessional.

If you browse through your website you'll notice that the title doesn't change.

The title of the content frame seems to change but it's not visible to the user.

The search engine will have to figure out which Title to pick off your page, since there are multiple titles it may pick up the right one and it may not.

Just one reason why framed solutions are not good.
