Default FREE Wordpress Zillow API Valuation - Galtlinedesign

Galtlinedesign has launched a free valuation plug-in for Wordpress. It is built on Zillow’s API that allows sold homes to be returned based on a user’s address. In addition two graphs are provided showing market trends in both zip code and city. Agents have the ability to return up to 25 comparable properties and the CSS is provided allowing the agent to customize the look and feel of the plug-in. Zillow API and Google Maps API key must be provided. Agents can get both of these free by going to Zillow.com & Google.com.

Seems like a great tool though I am not the biggest zillow fan.

I like the application, but it's really too bad that it's Zillow. Their values are so unreliable and only seem to cause confusion.
