I will have to say the REW IDX solutions probably rank somewhere at the top. The have a custom IDX version and they also provide an iFramed version, which they just recently released. I've seen a sample and it looks great. I myself, have their custom IDX solution.

I like REW's custom IDX product but know little about their frame in product. I think if you can afford it REW has the best product, but that Diverse Solutions comes in second.

    Default dallas real estate idx

I find that Idxbroker is the best. They did my website which gears towards dallas homes for sale, and I do great on it.

Default Open Source Wordpress and Joomla

If you guys want to check out a great company check out galtlinedesign they have one of the best systems hands down. The features are on par with any of the other IDX companies plus they have many of there own that are just incredible ideas. But by far the biggest selling point is its built on open source, Joomla and Wordpress. There are literally thousands of free plugins that can be plugged into the system to deliver specific functionality. They call there systems Future proof, and when you have the ability to add in anything to the system and take advantage of free plug-ins there isn't a company out there that can touch them.

Have been looking into IDX's here recently and have found a few good solutions from 3rd parties. I am curious however, say you were to build custom website and wanted to build a custom IDX. Could you do this, or would you have to be a corporation to get the MLS data feed?
