Does anyone know of a good real estate referral company? I am just starting out and I really want to get some clients.

You can add your web site free to my directories.

One my site gets 1000 uniques a day, you may get some traffic to your site and hopefully you can convert the referral to a buyer or seller.

Thank you for your advice, and I did register on your site, however, I am looking for a referral company that gives you actual leads and if they materialize you give them a referral percentage. Does anyone know of a company like that?
