    Default Leads/Marketing in Miami

I'm a first year agent in Miami and am finding it difficult to get some traction. What are some "out-of-the-box" marketing ideas that i can put into action? Should I be looking into lead generation companies online? From what I've read on different forums, people seem pretty divided on this one. Anyone in South Florida with an opinion? I'm looking to get the biggest bang for my buck with my marketing. Help, anyone.

Aloha Nicky, I am not in your market but in a somewhat similar situation. I would suggest dabbling in social media, particularly for areas that you would like to farm (long term view that can pay off big).
