    Default I offer 33% Referral Fee in NW Florida

    We are a full service real estate brokerage in NW Florida which covers Pensacola, Pace, Milton, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, and Perdido Key.

    If you have a buyer or seller in the NW Florida area, I would be happy to assist them with their important transaction. 33% is paid out of amount my brokerage receives at closing of escrow. I also put that in writing prior to receiving the lead information.
