Thumbs up How much a lead cost ?

    Hi all,

I am a very professional Real Estate SEO. I have been working as SEO sub contractor for other real estate web development companies now trying to go on my own only as SEO.

I have a large network of real estate sites, all my sites cover different kind of real estate related from mortgage to homes for sale and rent. The sites were created to help in search engine optimization tasks, lot of time people do submit forms to request for realtor and agents.

    Information i am collecting.
    Name
    Current address
    planning to sell
    planning to buy
type of property interested like land single family home
    price range
    relocating to
    email
    phone number

I was wondering if i want to sell these leads, how much each lead can be sold ? how leads are priced what factors effect the cost ? how this lead selling system works ?

I dont want to sell to third party companies because they want to put there own forms on site and i want my sites to be independent not lead generating.

Any help and suggestion will be helpful.

    Thank you

    Default charge what you want

if the quality is not there, no one will renew after the 1st batch. case in point: housevalues (NASDAQ:SOLD)

Default Working hard for the money

It is hard for a Realtor to pay for things if they don't get payed. Not every one that that visits a real estate web site is going to buy. There is along road between that first look and buying. However referrals that end up in closing can be negotiated, I would give up to 20% of my portion of the commission. Referrals are a profitable part of the business when you find the right people to work with.
