25% referal for central california leads
Hi all,
I am located in the California central valley. Our office is in Modesto California. If you have leads looking to buy in the area I offer 25% fee on each closing referal.

do you happen to know anyone relocating to Oregon? I'm not an agent but I can set you up with an agent and you'd get a 25% referral fee for it. I'm trying to help a friend sell one of his properties that is listed at $800,000.
