BMyAgent.com launched into a beta for real estate agents on January 10th, 2010. Agents who sign up for our beta will never have to pay an initiation fee. Our Internet lead generation service is designed to be very different from the typical real estate lead generation service:

* No initiation fee.
* No membership fee.
* No minimum purchases or commitment required.
* We are not a broker and do not require any sort of exclusivity.
* We do not take a "success fee" on your closed transactions--we are simply an Internet advertising company charging per-lead.
* You are notified any time a consumer lead is received in within a specified number of miles of your office and you are provided with details as to county, property value/budget, etc. and given a choice as to whether you want to purchase that specific lead. You are never automatically billed for any leads; you must individually purchase the leads you want.
* If a lead's contact information is invalid, simply notify us and you will receive a credit to your account for that lead.
