Instead of spending lots of time finding leads that are passive, how'bout getting leads that actually speak to you in the first place?

Training course?
Is this a training course? I'm go through some Keller Williams stuff and think they have awesome education. Is this similar to that?

House Values
Is this similar to House Values. I've tried them before and found that the quality of leads struggled because the people effectively left like they were handed off.
For example, someone would enter through the www.justlisted.com site or adwords and then HV would capture their information. Thereafter, I would follow up with them, but I would respond with my email address which is different from what they initially saw.
Does your product work in a similar manner?
