New Company...By Realtors, For Realtors
Hey Guys,
I am looking at starting a new company that partners with Realtors in local markets. We do the marketing, by building out a branded website, and hitting front page of Google for the major keywords in the market. The leads from the site are then sent to the agent, one agent, per market.
I am looking for constructive criticism from agents, so that we can make our product better. Currently we are looking at complete exclusivity with our local partners, real time lead gen management through sms technology, a complete database management system for our agents, and complete consulting through the entire sales process, which means we teach how to demonstrate property and close the transaction.
What else would you guys be looking for in a company like this?
