Default I need an agent who can represent a buyer in Kentucky

    Hello,

We have a user on the site who is looking for a buyers agent in the Springfield Kentucky area. If anyone in the forum is a licensed agent in Kentucky and may be able to represent this client please check out the site.
    http://www.CompeteRealty.com

Compete Realty allows buyers and sellers to put in what qualities they are looking for in an agent. Then they can be contacted by different agents on the site and choose then one that best fits their needs. Think of it as a match making service for buyer/seller with agents.

This buyer has already been contacted by multiple agents on the site but has not decided on anyone of them. We like to give our buyers and sellers as many choices as possible so we invite any agents in the area to also contact the buyer.

    Thanks.

I'm not in KY, so this does not apply for me.
However, I'm not sure I'll contact a buyer who has been contacted so many times by so many agents already...
If he can't decide who he's gonna take, he might be a difficult buyer down the road...

That's a very fair statement. If you can for a second please think of it from a buyers point of view... when they come to the site they are here with the specific reason that they would like to be contacted by multiple agents. Then they choose the agent that they feel most comfortable with and that can best fill their needs.

Think of it as instead of having a buyer or sell doing a Google search for agents in their area and having hundreds of agents in their area coming up ... Then taking the time of interviewing them one by one. Many times you have to talk to many different agents to find the one that is a good fit.
This way they can use Compete Realty to just say what they are looking for and have the appropriate agents find them.
