Its mostly sunny with a few clouds, the temperature rarely reaches below 70 and never below 60. The west Maui is the best place to be, if you look out to the beach, you can see the two islands looking back at you.

hey jim welcome i 'd like to ask you one question? i talked with 2 guys and they told me the water was so cold over there is that true?

Wow David, that is down 200,000 from just last summer when I was there. So Real Estate is going down over there too.

Hey Shimmer, I'm a realtor from Oahu who has lived here for decades and I can safely say that the water in Hawaii is quite warm - or certainly warmer than most places in the United States!

People go for a swim all the time, on all the different islands.
