Looking for a Weekend Getaway
I was wondering if anyone had any connections on the north shore, wouldn't mind a quick trip to the warm water and the much better surf.

That makes two of us, I could handle viewing a little real estate and baking in the sun. Maybe we can get us a real estate agent from Hawaii to register and fill us all in on the vacation rentals and share with us how that real estate market is going.

Las Vegas, seems to me that I sense a tax deductible "business trip" in your post. If so, well then I'm on board
lol. Despite the long flight from NY, a Hawaii trip is a must for me almost every year. Sun, sand, fruity tropical drinks and cute Hawaiian and Japanese girls never fail to recharge my batteries
On a business note, I hear those "condotel" conversions are very hot there now, especially in the Waikiki area. Read an article in the Honolulu Advertiser about people practically doubling their investment within months of closing.REALTOR[b]

Looking for a Weekend Getaway
Spend at least 4 days in Kauai. This is where Hawaiians go on vacation.
You can google Kauai for all the details.
